Hello everyone!

Your founder has recently taken a trip and has returned from Anime Expo. While it was loads of fun (and LOTS of Zelda cosplayers were there), the lines could've been much better.
If you weren't able to make it or you did go and want to see if your picture was taken, I made a video mixed with footage: www.youtube.com/watch?v=GkmXxv…
Pictures to each individual photo will be provided in a link in the video once they are all up!

Has anyone ever wanted to cosplay Midna but were afraid of how hard the makeup looks to put on? While other YouTube tutorials have so many steps and products to use, a good friend of mine, KaLouie made a video on how to do Midna's true form makeup with a few simple steps and some fun music to dance around to: www.youtube.com/watch?v=G7kXPA…
Definitely check her out!

Thank you all and stay safe in Hyrule!
What would anyone think of the additions of mermaids in the LoZ series? There have been some instances in where there have been references and the appearance of Martha. But what about a full-on race of Mermaids?

I'm guessing they would be a neighboring race to the Zoras but more aggressive. For example, I imagine it to be mostly consisting of females with the occasional male. They would have that seductive charm to them and like to play tricks. Perhaps at one point in the game, you would have to race a mermaid or do something for her.

Mermaids, by legend prey on young men, so similarly to the Gerudo, they would probably look down on you. If you gain their trust even then, some might try to play tricks on you. Like the Lost Woods, you would know if a mermaid is nearby because you would hear a gentle soft melody. But it could start depleting you of hearts (like a Siren's song). So you would have to get a special item that makes you immune to the effect of the song.

If the water temple version of the game had a Zora vs Mermaid vibe to it, you may even have to battle some mermaids who might try to eat you or take you for themselves or whatever mermaids do.

Maybe you learn about mermaids through having to save man because he got lured in by the mermaids' beauty.

What do you guys think?
There has been an unfortunate event that occurred this Saturday as the CEO of Nintendo passed away from a cancer that he had been fighting for over a year. The man was a joyful and great man, going as far as to cut his own pay in half so his employees wouldn't have to when sales in the Wii U were at a low, making our childhood, and most of all, making the best of his life. It was so sudden and even I cried for him. He was the face of Nintendo, the partner in crime of Reggie and will never be forgotten. Please, to honor his memory, let's not complain about Nintendo's choices in games anymore. He put his heart and soul into contributing to them and the best thing we can do is trust in his decisions. He showed appreciation and positivity in his remaining days, a great man indeed.

Let us keep him in our memories and continue our support for Nintendo.
Hello fellow gamers!

As many of you may have heard, a Zelda TV show on Netflix has been confirmed. It seems that both Nintendo and Netflix are going to collaborate on this! Rather exciting, isn't it? But I'm a bit worried, after seeing the April Fools trailer on IGN back in 2009, will we get a 40 year-old Link and a Zelda with fake-looking armor? Or will we get legitimate actors who actually resemble the characters? Will the show be too kid friendly, or just mature enough to please the fans? While Zelda premiering on Netflix certainly looks ideal, it has the potential to either be a complete failure or a huge success. Nintendo is taking a huge risk, but I'm glad they're trying something new. Hopefully, we'll get an anime next.

But what do our members think? Is this a good idea? Would you rather have the show be on actual TV instead of Netflix (like me)? Comment to share your opinion! We deserve to be heard!

As your founder, I can definitely say that this game is totally worth the purchase no matter what the critics say! Has anyone else pre-ordered or got the new DLC packs from the eshop? What are you looking forward to? What do you hope for in the future? If you have Hyrule Warriors, what do you think of it?
